Booking Procedure

 

  • You are able to reserve the cottage by telephone, e-mail or letter. It will be held exclusively for you on receipt of a confirmed booking together with a cheque for the deposit (25% of the total rental).

  • The booking will then be confirmed and made definite by our written acknowledgement of it. On the understanding that:­

  • The balance of the tariff is settled eight weeks prior to your arrival. In the event of undue delay in our receiving the balance we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Our cancellation terms will apply.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking without giving reason until it is confirmed by us.

 

Note: In the case of reservations made within eight weeks of your stay the full tariff should be paid in order to secure the booking.

 

 

Arrival and Departure Times

 

  • Arrival - no earlier than

  • Departure - the cottage should be vacated no later than

 

 

We provide bed linen, towels, tea towels and an initial supply of hand soap, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper.

 

Mallowdale Cottage is non-smoking.  Sorry, we do not allow pets.

 

Rates include all heating and electricity.
